1. Return Eligibility
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for:
Damaged/defective products (e.g., broken musical instruments).
Wrong item/size/color (e.g., men's fashion not matching description).
Unwanted (if vendor allows; not all do).
Not Eligible:
Digital Products (post-download).
Used/opened hygiene (health & beauty).
Perishables (groceries & dailies).
Custom/personalized (gifts & crafts).
Final sale items (marked).
2. How to Start a Return
Easy 5-step process:
Login: Visit My Orders.
Choose Item: Select from baby & toddler, pet supplies, etc.
Request Return: Upload photos, select reason (e.g., "defective phones & gadgets").
Get Label: Vendor approves (48 hours) and sends prepaid label.
Ship Back: Pack securely, drop off at carrier (DHL/UPS).
Track via Returns Portal.
3. Return Shipping
Prepaid Labels: For eligible returns (our/vendor error).
Buyer Pays: Change of mind (reimbursable if approved).
International: Duties/taxes non-refundable.
4. Inspection and Processing
