1. When You Can Cancel

Pre-Shipment Only: Before vendor confirms "shipped" status.

Timeline: Within 2 hours of order placement (automatic for most).

After 2 Hours: Vendor approval required (may incur fees).

Not Cancellable:

Digital Products: Instant delivery = final.

Shipped orders.

Custom/pre-ordered (gifts & crafts).

2. How to Cancel an Order

Quick steps:

Login: Go to My Orders.

Select Order: E.g., sports & outdoor gear.

Cancel Button: Click if available (pre-shipment).

Vendor Review: For later requests, support notifies vendor.

Confirmation: Email with refund details.

Use app for instant mobile cancellations.

3. Cancellation Fees
